ОтветитьIve been a gymnyst since i was four i am 10 now. I can do a backbend and back kickover buf it scares my brain out of me going backwards when my leg is sticking out i can do it with a coach spot tho (i dont trust anyone but coaches to spot me)😊

ОтветитьTip: Point you toe when about to go into it because it gives more control to the kick over.
Tip: Straighten your legs when going over, don’t bend them because then your more likely to not fall over at the end.
Tip: When you’re not confident enough to fall into your bridge, use the wall, it’ll get you more and more closer to falling into it.
Some people can’t just do that and then do a back walk over some people have to try many days and like keep exercising to get their back a little and I’ve been scared to do it
