Here's some explanations about this game compilation :
- This is just a Game boy Advance emulator with a bunch of homebrew (supposed public domain) games in it. Now, you know why the games mention to use the buttons A and B. You can easily find those game online and play those using a GBA emulator or a GBA linker.
- The reason you have just a music is simple : the Playstation 2 emulator wasn't advanced enough to emulate sound. In order to compensate that, a random music is played when you start a game. The GameCube version works better, emulate sound properly and means you have the original music and sound FX from the games (I really like the music from loop the loop)
- And last but not least, the CD/DVD contains a folder named "DELETE_ME" which actually contains... a full version of Metroid Fusion's GBA rom ! Though, I don't know if that's the case only on the GameCube version or if it's also the case on the PS2 version.
