From the beautiful music in the background to the calming soothing voice spoken, the words that are used, all together, it’s truly magical. This is the first time I have done this exercise at home, I have practiced it when I attend group during the week so I knew what to look for on this platform

ОтветитьI thank you, deeply, for this short and, nevertheless, powerful meditation. It’s made a difference for me, these last days. Yesterday, I found about an expensive expense I have to do at home. Typically, I’d panic and become anxious about it. Instead, I took it naturally…I felt equanimous about it. Just a minor example of the effect of your work for the others. I’ve been recommending your channel to whoever has ears to listen. In my case, praying and exercising also helps. But these meditations of yours are the complement to the other routines. Thank you again🙏🏽

As soon as someone tells me to straighten my spine, I click off. What's the big problem with standing or lying down?

Great, just one thing - don't label thoughts as intrusive, negative, unwanted. They're just there, and the more you fight them, the more you'll get. Just let them flow, don't cling to any kind of thought. Create distance - only then do you have some control and you can quiet your mind
