but i was using exp gdc with GTX1650 on my old laptop which didnt have thunderbolt but had minipcie so bought minipcie connector
but my new laptop dosent have a gpu so if i can just use that expgdc (also my new laptop has NGFF).
can i use a HDMI TO THUNDERBOLT for exp gdc (i dont know if it works)

Actually i having a problem with instaling a egpu, namely i have 2 laptops one with i3 intel cpu and intel graphic and second laptop with i5 and dedicated gpu gtx 950m, i using mining riser with amd rx 580 gpu and this setup works fine with laptop with integra gpu but in second one with dedicated gpu system cant identify gpu; it gives code it cant identify drivers after that i isntal amd adrenaline software and software says it cant detect gpu. I tried ddu to clean drivers and instal amd ones but it dsnt work.

So my question is i need to change gpu to nvidia while i have dedicated gtx in laptop or i need better riser?
