Are you ready to do the work? A lot of us think that spiritual practice and meditation are about feeling some sense of blissful and peaceful state. If you are not feeling peace or bliss in your daily life, you are truly just dissociating in your meditation. Little people realise that doing the work (spiritual practice, kundalini awakening, yoga, meditation) is about FACING the thing we have been avoiding, FEELING OUR EMOTIONS. It is about finally taking a close look at ourselves. Not suppressing or avoiding thoughts further: but rather ALLOWING ourselves to feel. Do the scariest thing possible: be alone with the mind without the need to act. So many of us are stuck in dopamine cycle addictions, always needing distractions, perhaps even suffering from ADHD.
