The time we want Northampton to win.. Well it was a decent run tbf despite playing many youngsters and 2nd team players!

Pointless competition when you look at the attendances at most of the other games. Not many got over 2k. The only good thing is that it gives the fringe players a run out.

I’m actually a bit gutted Notts didnt progress as these games help get minutes for 1st teamers that need a few minutes and to give a bit of exposure to the academy players also.
It’s so unfortunate to not qualify with 2 wins especially when draw against 2 higher league opposition. Some teams qualified with 4 points from their group.
Pleased with Notts though as we’ve not done well in that competition for a long time.
