A person four doors down from me bought a house four months ago with $88k in concessions (ie: repairs) but when I look at Zillow it shows it went for a full list. I saw this happen to a new build I was looking at in North Phoenix but decided to remodel. The builder offered posted rebates for immediate occupancy on a finished home but it showed a full list when it sold. How does this happen?
