Man does the Titan have an eerie startup sound. Just has that "I'm a giant ICBM" feel.
ОтветитьDude this video was amazing AF. The white rabbit outro was so sick.
ОтветитьAll of your space docos deserve 1,000,000+ views imo
ОтветитьOut-friggin-Standing!!! Well done!
ОтветитьThe very best docu’s ever, thank you👍🏼
ОтветитьYo. That eclipse in April this year was amazing. Almost like you're dreaming as the entire feeling of being human changes in a flash when that shadow races over you and off into the distance at a speed that makes no intuitive sense. And then you look up at the most otherworldly natural sight as beautiful and bright as it is terrifying and ominous.
ОтветитьIt is September 2024. After pretty much exactly 58 years, Gemini 11's record Earth orbit apogee has been surpassed by a commercial space flight, Polaris Dawn, which also set a record for the farthest distance that women has traveled away from Earth and the farthest distance that humans have gone into space since 1972 (Apollo 17).
While Polaris Dawn's records will (hopefully) not stand the test of time, this documentary certainly will.
Thank you for this monumental and award-worthy effort to summarize this often overlooked, but most important space program that molded most of the NASA personnel that made Apollo such a resounding success!
How do I give you money
ОтветитьIncredible documentaries - Makes normal space age documentaries look tabloid! Can we hope for an Apollo 7 documentary?
Ответитьthis is excellent work dude, I thought I knew loads about Gemini but apparently not that much! :) thanks for a professional, compelling and visually awesome piece of work! I will probably fall asleep to this many times :)
ОтветитьAwesomeness!
ОтветитьJust watched this again. This should be in cinemas.
ОтветитьAll this footage exists and I only see it now?
ОтветитьEven back then those NASA asshole higher ups were rolling the dice and putting there crews into danger risking their lives for no good reason. Pure arrogance and stupidity!
ОтветитьAbsolutely fabulous! Thank you for a really fantastic documentary, way better than virtually everything else, from ANY source. I was a school kid when all this was happening, and can now re-live it all in terrific detail. Forever grateful, thank you!
G’day from downunder 🇦🇺
Nothing “homemade” about the production quality of your videos
ОтветитьThese documentaries are far better than the ones that we have all enjoured over the years.
More fact than drama.
Keep it up 👍
I was researching some motion extraction techniques to apply to counting beluga whales when this auto-played… guess 𝘮𝘺 research is on hold… 😂 Love what you do!
ОтветитьYou are a very talented documentary maker. Like so many others, when Part One ended I immediately searched everywhere for Part Two. As they say, "good things come to those who wait". Thank you so much for your wprk. It is truly wonderful and so are you!
ОтветитьThis is great
ОтветитьEuropean caps are difficult to remove because they have a device that prevents them from being separated from the bottle, so they are recycled along with the bottle and do not end up lying on the ground, polluting.
ОтветитьI'm old enough to remember all of this.
ОтветитьI drive on the “Borman” expressway every day.
ОтветитьAwesome documentary. Wheree did you get all this footage it's great
ОтветитьIsaiah 40:31- "But those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint."
This verse reminds us of the strength and renewal we find in the Lord. Keep seeking Him, and He will continue to guide and uplift you!
GREAT video :) i was watching this stuff live..bUT had not actually seen MOST of this. Thanks
ОтветитьWHY ....are these documentaries so incredible?! If they were made and edited by you Jackson ....you are gifted. l did notice that the tethered spin didn't have cgi. Has to question myself on what l was seeing. The music ....if you chose it was just stunning! Too many old history documentaries, have terrible orchestral loud horn section music that lacks ambience. btw ...SUPER great idea to flawlessly put the eclipse footage, that you took into the piece. Thank you Jackson, and may The Lord bless you and keep you. :)
ОтветитьAmazing job on this. Thank you for your hard work!!
ОтветитьTried Downloading both parts Twice on 4K Video Downloader for my spaceflight collection but neither would play and displayed an error on my laptop.
Ответитьyour voice are a bit diferent now....why?
ОтветитьWow i had no idea of the difficulties during gemini. Spaceflight is hard.
ОтветитьFuck me...I love these series of vids. Top notch stuff. Way better than any official NASA vids I've seen. Thank you sooooo much for these from a serial space travel nerd. 😁
ОтветитьAwesome I can literally watch hours of vintage space and you supply hours of vintage space!
ОтветитьIncredibly well done, thank you!
ОтветитьAbsolutely brilliant documentary! You could teach the BBC a thing or two about audio level mixing too, the balance of commentary volume over the accompanying music is spot-on. Thanks!
ОтветитьCool new graphic logo 😮 !
ОтветитьOh aye, there she goes, BUEBIËL in tae space daddy'o ☝
👍👍👍 👍👍👍
Goddoshd......a very well made doc ☝
ОтветитьThis is awesome! Incredibly well done! And the Gemini program was the program that I had the least knowledge about. Thank you !
ОтветитьWhy didn't they keep looking foward
ОтветитьElon thanks you
Ответить“A common medium for both traffic and freight”. How true that has become with Elon Musk’s vision.
ОтветитьExcellent work sir! Our family friend and flight director Glynn Lunney who you mentioned here in part 2, often remarked in later years that the Gemini Program was a vital intermediate step in the process during which so many problems and challenges were both discovered and overcome regarding the vital elements required to get to the moon and back. Just when I think that I know almost all of the historical elements of any of these early space programs, your documentary and research work always sheds new light. I was but a young NASA brat living in the Johnson Space Center area at the time of all of this, and though I don't personally remember a lot of details, I definitely remember the energy and focus towards the goal of the moon. I watched Project Gemini Part 1 shortly after you first released it, and very much looked forward to Part 2. Your efforts are greatly appreciated! Thank You!
ОтветитьYou are missed commander.
