ОтветитьTotally agree Brandon. My only take is two things for agents Have 6 months of expenses saved. Or work multiple referral services ie OpCity and open houses to get now business. Because alot of agents can’t wait 6 mo for a closing. Thoughts?

Currently I average about 2-4 contacts per hour.
Honestly I HATE prospecting just much as the next agent.. but to be fair, I HATE being broke even more 😆 I think that’s what keeps me picking up the phone everyday

You know how you can tell you’re real? When you ask people to sign up for coaching, you can tell you use the exact same sales strategy as you teach (if you’re open to it, great, if not no worries. I love it, thanks for all the help my man
ОтветитьI was the same a skeptic however it’s been 2 weeks of getting my feet wet, it hasn’t be terrible. I’m calling FSBO’s and have 1 apt so far.
ОтветитьStop thinking, become a robot, just prospect without a thought in your head, tell yourself you are locating your paycheck, because when you make calls and prospect, and you get deals out of it, then that gives you your commission checks. So, the only thing you should tell yourself is that you are fishing for your paycheck and GO FOR IT because there's a lot of money waiting for you. Stop worrying about what others think, just focus on finding your big commission checks. That's all we should be focusing on and it's perfectly fine to be selfish to go for our commission checks.
ОтветитьI have Vulcan 7, but the answer rate is less than 1%. I would love to have 50 conversations a day, but I’m lucky to have even a couple people pick up the phone. And that’s a good day.
