Nicely done.
Ответитьgood video
ОтветитьI understand why rings are lapped, but tube OD's and coating thicknesses on the tube surface vary a few thousandths. You would need to measure the tube being installed and have an assortment of slightly different mandrels to truly lap a perfect seat wouldn't you?
ОтветитьNext time please show balancing your AR and Scope before you loctite them down. I dont know of anyone that would loctite the scope into the rings, if you later deside its not in proper position or use in a defferent set up ,it's going to show the dry residue from the glue and you dont want to sand or pick that off. BAD IDEA !!
ОтветитьWhat is lapping?
ОтветитьI love this gun you have here! What free float fore hand guard is that?
Ответить...because you are torquing in the wrong sequence. There is a lot in the wrong sequence with this video.
ОтветитьIs that a DDM4 V7?
Ответитьhaving a ring mounted on your handguard and a bad idea. mounting systems eliminate that.
ОтветитьSo Recoil pushes back and you mount forward to help with that?.. . That same thinking that helps you with recoil works better at the back due to the fact that the mount can't move back ... I 'm not starting anything ... but I always mount my optics to the back to start with... Help me understand ?
ОтветитьOutstanding video Devil Dog! I just bought an AR-10. Going to mount the scope tomorrow.
Ответитьokay if i have a 3-9x50 scope will i need the "high" scope rings to make sure i clear the rail..? my rails are 100% flat like yours .. pls help haha before i order a bunch of junk and it be wrong
ОтветитьShould I not use a scope Riser on top of the existing rail. The reason why I did that was because it was awkward to grab my charging handle and hit my scope with my hand
ОтветитьWorse video ever! Show nothing. Worthless. Always refers to previous videos. LOL! Why not show the previous video into this video to help the viewer watching?
ОтветитьI heard that you should never mount optics on the hand guard. Any advice?
Ответить6 years out on this video, hope you’re using Vise Barrel jaws to secure the Upper Receiver Assembly?
ОтветитьFirst time I mounted my front ring on hand guard. Had about a 6" group at 50 yrds. Re mounted the ring on the receiver and got a 1" group at 100yrds. Just saying.
Ответитьnice
