The property is situated high above the mountains of Kufri and Fagu, in line with the rising sun. At least, seven ranges of the Himalayas are visible to the naked eye. The valley below and the snow-capped mountains in the distance provide breathtaking views. The apartment is sunny and surrounded by lush green pines and conifers, and many mountain walks and trekking trails. Apple and cherry orchards, terraced agricultural land and grassy knolls can be sighted for miles around from every window. There are daily needs shops less than a kilometre away and several resorts as well, where good food is available round the clock. There are two amusement parks with rides for children.
