There is no such thing as a bad guitar. Encore Acoustic is not groovy but has a wonderful sound.

So true, with a little work an "inexpensive" guitar can sound really nice. Did a little work on my $100 beater.(note: only the FINEST plywood was used, in building that beauty. Actually the particle board body on my El Cheapo Bass [$85 new] is quality sawdust & resin as well.👌) Both actually sound good.(the electronics on the beater, are worth more than both.) But such is the gear of a very poor man.😂
