Pokémon Violet - Fish ONLY

Can I beat Pokémon Violet using ONLY Fish Pokémon?

RULES:
1. Only Fish Pokémon can be used
2. I cannot over level beyond the Gym leaders ace
3. Must play on set mode
4. No items in battle (held items are okay)
5. No duplicate species can be caught
6. Must nickname Pokémon
