ОтветитьUnfortunately I missed your live stream. Im not sure if you’re using a microphone. I hear an echo and just overall audio quality is meh ... See if you can get one - it will bring the overall quality to the next level! Thanks Yegor !!!!
The part of mobile banking apps in Europe is absolutely wrong in my opinion. For example the BBVA app have all you need to do with your account, payments, investments, suggestions, messaging with employees to find solutions, etc. And ING I believe it's the same. This categorical affirmations with wrong information I believe generates lack of trust. But as you said, this is my opinion.
ОтветитьI don't think the productivity has gone down. I see the opposite where teams are getting done more than ever. People actually have a fear of being viewed as unproductive when working remote. The main issue is that the corporate performance evaluation has been perception based. It's more about who seems like an expert and whose project seems more important. Now that we are remote, the opportunities to schmooze are rare. In an office setting it's easy to set oneself up to be at places in order to brown nose. The companies need to re-evaluate what metrics to use for performance evaluation. If someone is not productive, just let them go.
Ответитьplz could somebody put timecodes?
ОтветитьWhat have you done with your hair? Why they have become so thick?
ОтветитьYegor, I can't understand your position on one thing. You say that people should work one day for the company and four day for themselves and you mention about your open source translator. On the other hand you say that programmers should work with tickets and get paid only for the results.
If we were to work with tickets how could you find time to focus on the open source translator project for example? When would you tinker on technologies and improve your craftsmanship in order to create better products?
