Are you someone that feels stuck in the job-hunting process? Or maybe you're someone who hasn't started looking for jobs yet but you feel like your resume isn't strong enough. Whether you’re just starting out in the creative field or you have a vast array of experience, you won't want to miss this!

On Saturday, April 23, 2022, AIGA Baltimore hosted a virtual panel event to learn from a group of established professionals about how to rethink and refine your approach to getting hired in the creative industry.

Watch the recording to get insight on the dos and don’ts of resumes, portfolios, and interviews as well as the other things to keep in mind that Google doesn't tell you about that could potentially set you apart from the crowd! Jordan Watts

Jordan has spent his career working to rebuild trust in government and public institutions. As the Director of Design at Fearless he leads a multidisciplinary design practice to help people deliver and get better government services.

Amy Quarles
Art Director @ Visit Baltimore

Amy began her career as an in-house graphic designer at a labor union in Washington, D.C., and moved to the leisure and tourism marketing space in 2007 where she has been ever since. She works with one full-time, in-house graphic designer and marketing managers in a small group of freelance creatives—photographers, illustrators, stylists, and videographers.

Hilliary is a DMV area-based talent acquisition executive, with a rich background in early-stage technology startups, media and social impact organizations.
