An effective and powerful #teambuilding #activity in which teams devise a thoughtful method of aligning and stacking different-sized blocks that are to be placed one above the other to form a team tower with varying difficulty levels at each of these blocks, and that too in the least amount of time possible!

Various-sized blocks of wood are to be carried from one place to another using a closely knotted rope set. The ends of this rope set are held by the team member. Teams must align these blocks and may also then rearrange them to their original placements as instructed by the facilitator, with the given set of constraints.

When everyone in the team works together to complete a single objective cohesively, the coordination and overall bonding strengthen. Thus, the primary outcome of this activity is to elevate team spirits to undertake team work while being under pressure.
