Is B&H Payboo Worth It?

B&H Photo Superstore in New York City announced Payboo. It's a credit card backed by Synchrony Bank which offers customers the ability to get back their sales tax by the way of rewards. It means that if your state's sales tax is 6% then your rewards is 6%, if it's 10% then your reward is 10%. The reward is used as statement credit. Know that the APR of the credit card is 29.99%.
