ОтветитьWhat should I try/do if I never ever tried any stretching or flexibility exercises and I'm so inflexible that during even slightly more difficult movement which requires flexibility I feel pain?

ОтветитьLove that you have so many short stretching videos - I usually tend to skip stretching after workout, because I am not motivated to do another 15 min or so... - 5-7 min always fit ☺
