I don’t wanna be rude but, not only is the kitchen island huge, for that limited space, she also fills the room with lots of furniture and decorations.

How many people make over 300k in NYC to afford to live in a tiny box for $6k. This is all good, but this is all they're building in NYC.

I’ve lived in my Bronx, NY pre-war apartment for 47 years and pay $1,018.00. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, large foyer, very large living room, double kitchen, six large closets. NOT MOVING.
