I'm just a nobody with no military experience, but I can tell you what it means.
All support for Ukraine and Gaza will be ended, instead the arms shipments will go to Israel and maybe even to Russia.
China can feel safe invading Taiwan because Trump is not going to try and stop them.
Its not inconceivable for the US to send troops to aid Israel and Russia, although as the US Armed Forces are mostly going to be involved removing all opposition to Trump within the United States, they may be a little busy. After all the Supreme Court of the United States said explicitly that if Trump wants to use Seal Tam 6 to assassinate his political rivals, that's part of his core powers.
