When I move or rotate the model, will the decals move along with it simultaneously?

It's a little unrelated, but I noticed that in version 3.0 of Substance Stager, one of the updates says "Added an action to replace an object with a different loaded object.". Does this mean that if you have sent a scene from Substance Painter to Stager and update it in Painter, it can now replace the existing scene in Stager that was brought over? That was probably the biggest problem I had with Stager when I used it earlier this year. Thank you in advance for any information.

Why put the decals in ps and not in substance

Imagine still using photoshop or adobe products in general.
