ОтветитьI love Jo’s workouts! I share them with everyone!! This is my 6th day completing this same workout, tomorrow is rest day for sure. But combined with eating healthier (little to no sugar), going for more walks outside, and getting at least 6hrs of sleep each night, I have already lost 7lbs! Thanks Jo for your positivity and inspiration!

ОтветитьIt is one of my favorite workouts ever and I always come back to it. But since a while I would love to have this workout but with the Scissor-snipping-part until the Airwalk-part being replaced with your ultimate pilates booty workout. 😊

ОтветитьI absolutely hate Pilates It’s awkward and I always hurt my lower back! No thanks on this style video Not for me.
ОтветитьDay 14 and I am still needing a lot of breaks especially after a hard day. But overall my back started to hurt less and my posture improved so much! Never thought that my abdominal muscles were so weak. Unfortunatly my leg muscles are shortened so some of those excercies are not an easy feat..
