Hey sir I've been watching your videos like crazy lately, my kids an I will be moving to tuscon in April from Missouri never been there before. Your videos have been SO helpful and knowledgeable ty. I was wondering what would be considered the bad neighborhoods in Tuscon I should keep my kids away from it not consider moving to. Any info would be greatly appreciated and ty again!

ОтветитьHey thanks for your helpful videos. We're looking to move out in 2020 and of coarse renting before buying. But looking at alot of home rentals we are noticing homes do not have washer and dryer? Why Is that? If you're renting most place supply all appliances.. just wondering why this is? Also considering the heat do most companies in manufacturing have controlled environments? I'm a welder and not looking forward to sweating my ass off.. thanks for your help. Rick

This looks like an unconventional way to obtain reasonably priced housing, but we are concerned with encountering shady individuals in the research and buying processes.

ОтветитьI am a Los Angelina and I am so jaded that I LOL when you say that $300,000 for a house is expensive, to me it seems almost inconceivably cheap. I will be moving to Phoenix soon and am looking forward to a massive reduction in rent. Happy Trails!

ОтветитьWe're planning on a move to AZ in the next 18 months so I've been watching your vids like crazy. On a few of your vids, this one in particular, it would be really helpful to have some on-screen graphics, in this case a map. Just listening to you spout cities and counties and having no idea where they are in relation to anything else doesn't help much.
ОтветитьWhere do you recommend for a family to move to from San Diego? Good neighborhood, decent schools. Ahwatukee had very good schools. Also found some beautiful decent priced homes in Goodyear but wasn’t sure. The assigned school had low scores but another school 9min away was good. Thanks! This is a great help

ОтветитьThere is a program called Home in 5 for first time home buyers. I’m not familiar with it because I’m still living in NJ until March but maybe that could be a video 🤷🏾♂️ Also don’t forget about the police in Phoenix video.. GREAT VIDEOS keep it up!

Thank you for a great video! Is there anyway you can do a video comparison about registration about vehicle's in Az. For example I lived in Chicago and we pay for cities window stickers around $101, Plate Sticker $101 every year depending on which make/model of vehicle. I believe registration process of the vehicle in Chicago not sure is around $400 or probably little bit more. Can you share some input thanks again!

I've narrowed it down to a house in a gated community off S 40th St a couple miles from the airport, a tri-level townhouse in Tempe, and a two-level off N 36th St. They're all 3-bedroom homes. Which area do you think will get the most interest from renters. I want to rent the smaller rooms so my share of the rent is greatly reduced. Thx
