️peltier refrigerator ️ does this really works!?

Failed Project
We make this refrigerator for my cousin School Science Expo. Result it doesn't get below 20 degree C the reason is heat sink not efficient to remove heat form Peltier cooler it need water cooled or heat pipe heat sink but we used basic aluminum heat sink, we stick thermal sensor to cold side of Peltier so its show very low temperature.
