Housing Market Predictions 2024

I don't have a crystal ball but I do have a three predictions on what the housing market will look like in 2024. Watch this short to the point video. Oh, and so far, my three predictions are looking spot on!

Interest rates are stagnant, multiple offers are still the norm and unless we get more inventory prices will continue to increase.
