Soya chunks are the remnants while making soya milk. So is there any protein left in that? Or the protein gets divided between soya leftover and soya milk? Then what is the better source of protein, soya milk or soya chunks?

ОтветитьI started having severe hot flushes last year summer. Did my research and I started drinking fresh soy milk every other week for 5 days in a row. I go to Asian market twice a month and that’s how I obtained fresh soy milk which can only last for 5-7 days in fridge unless you freeze it. It’s been more than a year now my hot flushed disappeared and my monthly period still very regular. I’m now 48 yrs old.
ОтветитьSo called fitness influencers have spread so much misinformation about soy...
ОтветитьThanks for debunking these myths. I was hoping you would also talk about one other fear that’s making some people avoid soy - that the goitrogens in soy can affect thyroid function especially in people with hypothyroidism. Do you know how strong the evidence is for this ?
ОтветитьAvoid processed soy items from the market. Buy soy beans available at any super store eg Dmart
U can make Soy milk and Tofu etc at home in one process - it is very simple
Also u can mix a ibit of soy beans when u make dal or rajma or chole
No need to eat eggs or any animal product.
Sir, many fitnnes experts fear monger about the presence of several anti nutrients in soy. And say it doesn't reduce much even after cooking and some even say its better to even consume less protein to build muscles than consuming SOY as a protein source. Is it true? Do we really have to worry about anti nutrients this much?
ОтветитьThe whole grail of vegetarian muscle building 🤲

let me know if you know about this !
Bro get the map right.
ОтветитьWhy everyone give half information
Why can't people make thier own research
Being lazy even if it comes to your health,
Soy is suitable for all western countries
Not for Indian weather 🌡️
this was originally for feeding pigs.
Say this also in your history analisis.
Now West wants you to eat the pig food because it's grown in their country.
Stick to Indian origin
Indigenous foods
Trust no articles as evrything is written with hidden agendas
Also when our farmers grow this soy
It absorbs for nutrients to grow making our agricultural land less fertile in just one crop output.
Tell this Also
You are making Indian land less fertile
Stop listening to nonsense
And just do ur own research
I heard his podcast This person
Tell you to eat cockroach also for Best protein bio availablity
Enjoy that in the name protein 😂
Stop listening to such crap

Ответитьlove your vedios . As you said it is completely fine to consume soy chunks , is there any limit to consume them daily or even 200g is absolutely fine . Thanks in advance .........
ОтветитьThank you for this video ❤❤
ОтветитьIs soya chunk and mela maker one and the same?
ОтветитьJust watched a video by farming engineer that was recommended to me, he basically said that because soya is genetically modified (gmo) which means pests die after eating "imagine what it'd do to human bodies". Plus, most countries in the americas use it feed cattle (pigs) so it has never been for human consumption and that the way soybean is processed to get soy chunks as the end product is not good and basically you're not really getting anything good out of it.
My question is, while i already knew some of this information might be misleading (and therefore i came here straightaway), soybean itself is not bad because south east asian and asian counties consume various products that are really good nutritionally like tempeh, tofu, natto etc. but in india soy chunks alone THE most popular soybean product and used widely even in middle income households. However, it's not something that's consumed in SE Asian or East asian countries. So, is there truth to what he said about soy chunks not being a healthy/ nutritional/ whole product?
I've heard that soya chaap that has become popular in street food is bad too cause it's just seitan. What do you have to say about that?
Genuinely asking cause these days content creaters are using scare tactics for literally every food item out there.
I will never understand people who consume soybean oil cause it smells like a$$
