I went to the store today and came home with lamb spleen, veil kidney and goat heart. I had some of the kidney with dinner and it was delightfully delicious. I've never had any of these before and look forward to making these a regular part of my diet. It was quite inexpensive. There's no excuse to not buy these again.

I purchased your liver supplement on Amazon, hoping for help with my anemia. Many of the commenters said that it increased their ferritin and hemoglobin. One comment mention this video, so I searched and found it. I’m disappointed to hear from your replies to comments that I probably should have purchased the heart and spleen formula. I guess I’ll try that after I finish this bottle. In the mean time, this should increase iron, too, right? Can you elaborate on the difference between them in regard to iron? Converting milligrams to grams and then determining nutrient content per gram is complex and requires specific data. Nutrient content can vary significantly based on factors like the animal's diet, age, and how the liver was processed. While we know beef liver is nutrient-dense, precise figures for such a small quantity are generally not available in standard nutritional databases. While we can't provide exact figures, we can tell you that 3000mg (or 3 grams) of beef liver is a relatively small amount. While it will still contain some vitamins and minerals, it's unlikely to be a significant source of nutrients compared to a larger serving. So skip the beef liver supplements. I learned the hard way, health wise and dollar wise.

Can i take these supplements forever?

I researched for hours, and the best I found on Amazon is Zen Principle grass-fed & finished, undefatted beef liver. Sourced from Argentina. Apparently Argentinian beef is is almost entirely grass-fed, and unlike New Zealand, is almost entirely raised for beef and meat consumption, not dairy.

Did I make a mistake, or do you not ship to Canada? I went to order the beef liver, heart, and
Splean capsules as well as the calogen powder but could not locate Cananda on countries shipped to.
