I’m on my way out. Moved here because it was cheap. Leaving because it’s crazy expensive, $1000 pge bills, filthy air filthy water, homeless/tweekers, people here literally cannot figure out how to drive a car let alone aquire insurance and a driver license.

I think majority of the people moving out are illegals. They're either moving back to Mexico or going to places that already have been raided by ICE.

The residents are leaving the community tired of the onslaught of nightly crime against the most vulnerable in the city of Hemet. Not to mention the homeless squatters sleeping in homes at night tanking home sales. Personally, I left because there’s nothing to do there, it’s too far from anything worth my personal time, and it’s too conservative. I was born and raised there and I never felt like it was a place I was going to thrive. So I left as soon as I could.
