It takes a second to run and shoot while you’re running away from the cops. I’ve witnessed that. He’s also running somewhere with a gun in his hand. This was a justified shoot. You don’t wanna get shot. Don’t commit crimes with a gun.

It looked to me like he was just trying to throw away the gun like he had ran enough ahead of the police. I think he thought he could pull it out of throw it away but he definitely never stopped running. Turned around threatening the officer draw the gun on the officer attempted to shoot at the officer. That's not what happened and they expect criminals to be criminals so to shoot him in his back like that. Like I'm just sick of all these cowards putting on blue uniforms. If you're that petrified to do your job and you're that petrified of what can happen in the moment that you can't decipher what's right or wronger value human life in any capacity. Then maybe you shouldn't be putting on that blue uniform cuz he absolutely didn't deserve to die. I don't see anywhere where the police officer was ever in anything. The only thing I saw that was wrong in that video was the JSO officer should have put on the PPE BEFORE leave the car. As a home grown jville native i lived on that road there are a bunch of different apartments there all in like a mile square..and it's always been known for high crime area. Cops are always patrolling the streets there . I lived there about 3 years ..because of the crime there cops are kinda no nonsense its a very scary place honestly for both the cop's and the criminals..i absolutely hate seeing young men and women getting all caught up in the street wars between the cops an criminals. May this young man rest in peace now. His family will be in my prayers.. now whether it was justified to shoot a fleeing criminal idk I'm certainly not a judge. My personal opinion is that guys if you have a weapon and you know that the cops know you have a weapon dont run just dont..i do not feel he should have been shot in that manner .given the circumstances .😢🥺🖤🙏

Female cop had her gun sideways cuz he was laying down. Ive seen alot of cops do this. Im thinking its to do with she could see his hands and was more of a scare tactic. If she couldnt see hands her gun would of been at a normal position.
