Please help me to identify these songs #1

Please help me to identify all the rock songs in this audio only video. It was recorded on August 3, 1981 at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton,Alberta,Canada during the Alberta World Rock Festival from the concert system break between two live acts. I can identify the first vocal portion as "In The Dark" by Billy Squier and I thought that the second vocal part might be by the rock band U.F.O. I am especially curious about the swirly music sound followed by the guitar solo.
