Brelynn…thank you for the daylight savings time challenge. Many years ago, when I had no grownups cares, DST was an emotional boost uplift and I detested losing it in the fall. But now the shoes on the other foot. The time change is too disruptive on my natural body clock so I never seem to catch up my body clock to the time clock. This is especially true and even more disruptive as my doctors no longer allow me to use caffeine; and caffeine makes a huge difference in how one’s body clock adjusts during time changes.

Its literally the clips “ this is how you be a baddie!!” “Drink some water!”😅❤

Finally had a moment to watch this long vlog. It was a delight. Always an honor to check in and see how you're doing. And I teared up in the part about your grandmother. I lost my mom last year and am seeing all the random things she would send me. I still have a couple of boxes I haven't unpacked because it's overwhelming but all her trinkets, cards and random items are all around me. I know she's going to battle for me in heaven.

I'm watching over you video again and the part where you talk about your grandma just brings back so many memories of my grandma. Today is actually her birthday and she was my biggest cheerleader. I remember after I seen your grandma on your channel I told you she reminded me so much of my grandma. Their personality was so simular. She always told me God put me here to be a doctor and not to give up until I became a doctor. My birthday was Friday past (4/7) and it feels so different not getting that birthday phone call at the crack of dawn. I always say me finding your channel so many years ago was God sending me your way. Our paths are so simular but I am older and I always felt I was too old to go on but realized there is no time limit on God's blessings over our house. Sorry for the long post Brelynn. You talking about your grandma just brought back so many memories and it still feels so unreal that my grandma is gone. I forsure thought she would be here with me when I got that white coat.
