i have super super thick hair as well! how do you curl your hair? i have to straighten mine then curl it and i’m afraid it’s gonna get burnt off 😬😬

Maybe try to follow some tutorials and give it more of a full on try out. The first time trying anything is hard to make a conclusion from. With this being a friend’s that might be hard, doubt they want to share it for that long lol

Anybody who has a short hair? Wondering if this hair tool would be worth it.

Couple things from an avid air wrap girly!
The coning on top is because your hairs too long and doesn’t fit.
The cool shot you press up on the power button. You were turning down the heat lol
Other than that, it’s just overhyped and only gives 70 shag waves lol not your fault

I’ve seen a few people hold the airwrap differently so the volume is at the top more than the bottom. The barrel is pointing down👇 and they wrap the hair around it before turning it on.

I do something similar. I personally have super long hair and I hold the barrel more horizontally/slanted down pointing towards the back of my head.

The arrows are pointing away from my face so the curls don’t curl inwards towards the face and go outwards instead. After it’s wrapped up then i turn it off and point the barrel down so it drops in that angle.

I have curtain bangs as well and the effect is it swoops away from my face. I don’t have the longer barrels either, I just persevere 😂 My arm just gets a bit more tired as well because it is above your head. I also use the alternating arm for the opposite side of my face.

This tool is ridiculously expensive 😫 it literally costs 2 months of my daughter's private school fees. Every Dyson product is beyond the affordability of people in countries like mine. So sad 😞 still feel like your curls look better with the T3. What do I know though? I have shoulder length hair and never curl it 🙃

I have the barrels for long hair and it makes such a difference! The air wrap is a learning curve and it took me a month to get good at it. I think the tool is worth it it just takes time and practice! ❤️

It’s a good job you tried a rental and didn’t take the plunge because there is a new airwrap with improved attachments. The blow dryer is completely different and the two sided curl attachments are now only one, so you can alternate and it curls better.
