It's pronounced App-ah-latch-in not Appa-lay-shin. Get it right Mellow Mushroom. I know yall from Atlanta but if your going to advertise using Appalachian spring water in your dough, pronounce it correctly.

Hey Tony 👋 This is one of my all time favorite pizza places! Unfortunately the one in my town closed during Covid but I got to go to one in Jacksonville a little while back to get my fix. Yeah that’s a good point - their craft beer game is top notch for any restaurant! Like 27. Have a great week!

Regarding the decor of MM: I moved down to ATL in 1986 not too long after college. Back in those days, the MM decor was more shroom influenced. The mushroom characters that were painted on the walls had bloodshot eyes and were definitely stoned. There were some locations that depicted the mushroom characters smoking from pipes. Some of the old locations were dark and dank. This was in the days before they really started widely franchising. They are definitely more upscale and family friendly now. My two daughters live in MI and Brooklyn now. But when here, they both still like to go to the 'Shroom.
