ОтветитьThat looks so delicious!!!😍😍😍😍
ОтветитьLooks delicious, but I'd need to cut back on the oil
ОтветитьThanks for the solid brief on kway teow. I've tried to use it in several recipes but it always ends up breaking up. Worst case ended up looking like congee. Ugh.
What I've noticed on 1 recipe vid is that they grab the handles of the wok to toss the noodles, and very rarely do they use the ladle.
I suggest adding finely chopped cooked bacon - goes really well with the dish.
Where can I buy the same wak you have

ОтветитьI go silly in the head every time I see this dish. Now you show me how to cook it. I go crazy now.
ОтветитьYou're not using sambal (chili paste). You've added no heat to the dish. It would be too mild. There needs to be some spiciness.
ОтветитьLike your recipes. Your videos are short, straight to the ingredients and always tasting good. Well done.
ОтветитьGreat recipe, easy to follow
ОтветитьThanks Nagi , I made this last night and it was killer. It took me longer to season my wok than it did to cook dinner!.
ОтветитьWow, you make it so easy to follow. My fave Asian dish ever and now I can cook it. Thank you so much.
