What if you can't afford therapy?

There are actually some narcissists out there that are actually wanting to seek out help but can't afford it. I was one of those for a long time so I had to seek out other options outside of therapy before I entered on my therapy journey. I read a lot of books that I listed in the video. I joined other self aware narcissist groups, I read the Bible and a lot more. If you are a narcissistic person that is interested in seeking help this video is for you.

I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
