Thanks for sharing your background. It’s cool to hear peoples story! I’m moving there in June from out of state and coming in January to look for housing. If I was buying I would definitely go with you. If we end up staying after that we will probably look for a house. So looking at a year and half.
My wife will be working in blue Ash. I know it’s not really your field but do you have any favorite/recommended 2/2 nice/luxury apartments for me to check out. Completely understand if you can’t say but thought I would ask

Im no longer a buyer, but a renter from Newport ky. Still a reds and Bengals fan. Haven't lived in northern ky since 1985 when I joined the military. And now that I'm retired planning on moving back to rent. But if I was to buy it would be with you. Thanks for the great videos. God bless you all.
