Thanks for this topic guys
ОтветитьNeeded this. Thank you! Paris, Texas in the 🏡🏡!
ОтветитьGood stuff
ОтветитьOkay. What did I miss here? In the first example of giving your cash partner 30% off the top of the net profit and splitting the remainder 50-50, how can that possibly lead to negative cashflow unless the business as a whole had negative cashflow regardless of the partnership structure? If there's profit, you can split it up in smaller percentages an infinite amount of times and it's still profit.
ОтветитьIs there template for such a partnership ?
ОтветитьNice work 🎇🎆🌠
ОтветитьThis person's properties net $500 a month? I thought Brandon always says he wants his properties to net at least $100 a month... $500 sounds insane by comparison. what am I missing?
ОтветитьHopefully this was not the last BP daily... my mornings will never be the same.
ОтветитьWhy would I partner with someone that doesn’t put money down? I’m having a hard time thinking that’s a good deal. It’s one way
Ответить🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьI am looking for a capital partner, I will take the risk and manage everything. Currently have an amazing deal in Missouri at a 19% cap rate
ОтветитьIsnt 30/50/50 just 65/35?
ОтветитьWhat if I have the VA loan... 0 down... Then how do I approach the partner...
Ответить🔥
ОтветитьWhy does your voice sound so safe and trusting
ОтветитьThis approach with only one partner's name being on the mortgage won't work in Canada. In my province both owners need to be on the mortgage
ОтветитьThanks!!!
