Coupons vs. Kroger Cash Back | Kroger Tutorial Video

Has anyone confirmed that if you click cash back and use a paper coupon that you actually get the cash back? Just curious if Kroger somehow had a flag in their system so there was no way to get both.

I know this is a tutorial but I didn't receive any digital coupons this week. Has this ever happened to you and if so, how can I get this fixed. Chat was no help.

thanks for the tip. I went thru and changed mine. I don't like dealing with the cash back, it tends not to work and requires making a call and dealing with someone on the phone.

I have Fry's and it lets me check both the coupon and the cash back. I'm not sure if I get both though.

They use to show the coupons/cashback under the item on the app...and you didnt have to click into the item to actually see it. 🤷‍♂️ They're wanting people to dig for savings. And are relying on the average shopper to just scroll past it! It's annoying...but most of us deal seekers have learned to turn over every leaf! 😂

I thought I was a pretty savvy Kroger shopper but this tutorial helped me find the elusive tressamme DQl I did have to change my profile to a different store (where I will actually be going this week) but got the coupon. At my regular store, the item is out of stock and did not show the coupon.

Why would I want to pick Cash Back over a digital coupon? You have to wait on it to show up and sometimes I forget about it.
