"I visited your store (#041) on Sunday, 9/15/24, at 11:33 AM, and one of my sandwiches was incorrect. I called and spoke to someone who identified himself as the manager. When I tried to explain the issue, he abruptly hung up on me. When I returned to the store to address the situation, he refused to give his name, and he and the staff laughed at me. I recorded the entire incident, which provides a clear account of what transpired. I want you to know that I will not be returning to your store..."
