Moreso than most of these puzzles, this one seems... Kind of wasteful? That's a lot of manufacturing with metal components to have a one-off riddle that boils down to "one of the spokes secretly moves"

search for "ježek v kleci" puzzle, it's very similar to this one, but has different solution (I saw this one and almost screamed "this is cheating" 😂😂)
anyway ježek v kleci, literally "hedgehog in the cage" is based on popular Czech teenage novel, it has even a story around and it's very cool, I really recommend
