ОтветитьYes yes yes yes yes I did itttttt..... I did itt...... Aagh i jst finished and i am barely alive..... But it worth it.... It took me mote than an hr.. I took break b/w the set and after each set to catch breath. Lol. It feels soo good now. Yess

40 sit-ups
80 leg raises
150 jump squats
50 squats
50 push-ups
80 star jumps
high knees 2 1/2 minutes
190 burpees

And yeah... I did saw a grim reaper behind me
just in case if you see a beautiful gate with light coming through it after this work out DO NOT GO IN THERE

Day 1:
I was dead and I couldn't even stand up after this 💀
Day 2:
I was soo tired and I felt like I broke my back 💀
Day 3:
It was better and there was less pain I could kinda see results already
Day 4: did it and I alr lost 1kg and I was getting into shape pretty fast
Day 5: my belly is flat and I could kinda see my legs getting skinnier too

Day 6: my thighs were getting skinnier and my belly was flat and people also recognised it
