Nick's comments about nvda, suggest that its a pretty good bet now. It is following the same trends as tesla in some respects, competing with tesla in robotics and fsd.
the deepseek drop was unjustified and reasoning models will keep the cost of inference high and require many nvidia cards.

I wouldn't laugh it off that some misled people believe the MSNBC lies about Social Security, etc. There people REALLY believe it so instead of laughing, better communication on this issue is needed to reassure them it is not true at all. I fully realize some people will simply believe what they believe and there is no showing them reality, but there are people who will be open minded to learn the truth. These people are so distressed over the issue and feeling powerless that they are actually showing up to protest at a Tesla dealership, that's crazy, but that is what is happening. Time to get the MSNBC cult deprogrammers out and help these people. As an American, I don't want people misled especially to the point of emotional breakdown. The rest are paid anarchists...

I think that the Q1 conference call could cause a rally if we get a lot of color on the robotaxi launch and if we get a significant positive update on Optimus. I've heard they have produced about 1000 Optimus already and Optimus can actually fry an egg now. Tesla do need to promote FSD more....few know.

There are still many people who are completely unaware of what Tesla is. I picked up my first EV in August, 2024. It is a CyberTruck and I was totally unprepared for the general public reaction. It is starting to trail off a bit (thank goodness), but the truck would draw the curious like bees to honey. I couldn’t go anywhere without strangers engaging me about what I was driving. I was shocked at how many never heard of Tesla or were unaware that their cars were EV’s. The vast majority were polite and I would stop what I was doing and offer a nickel tour to enlighten them. After getting FSD a few months ago, I discovered how many aren’t aware that Tesla vehicles are autonomous ready. I can’t imagine how this is possible at this point. The flip side exists when it comes to children — they seem to be well informed about Tesla’s. Very odd!

Father of 2 here. It's the hardest and most rewarding thing a man can do. Remember it's a marathon, not a sprint.
