Love this video! It's super helpful to see your thought process along the way too. Would love to see more of these!
ОтветитьCan't wait for the backpacking bananas perfect playsuit!
ОтветитьWhere's your brown bra / top at the beginning of the video from? It's so cute!! Btw would also recommend to check out Lucy and Yak (like so many people are recommending in the comments) - however, their dungarees might take up a bit too much space in a backpack as some of them are not very thin but they have other cute stuff too!
ОтветитьIt was memtioned a few times before, but Lucy and Yak is just awesome. Would love to see a try-on haul with this brand in case you are interested:)
ОтветитьCan you recommend some really comfy non-wired bra/bralette brands for bigger boobs? Wardrobe staples whether travelling or not! X
Ответитьthere are only two ways to test how stretchy clothes are : the high kick and the lunge 🤣 the red playsuit is lush, you should keep that one for sure! 😚
Ответитьbody goals!
Ответитьnearly all jumpsuits
Ответитьwhere were the khaki and black trousers from? love the vid! <3
ОтветитьNice video😊 I'd love to see you focus more on sustainable and slow fashion!!
ОтветитьGreat video lovely and beautiful Christie!!! ❤👸
ОтветитьEvery suit looks better with the backpack on 😍 the last black one looks insanely good on you! Also YES for the tiel one and the bright red one 💜 you should do themed inspired hauls like european, tropical countries, etc.
ОтветитьI love this. So practical and helpful. I watch other what to pack videos and I'm like ummm that would take up too much valuable space in my backpack.
ОтветитьAny recommendations for fabrics/materials that don't wrinkle too much? All my clothes always seem to wrinkle so much when traveling no matter how carefully I roll them when I pack!
Ответитьlol those destination backgrounds were just too funny! 😂 and I reeeally love that red playsuit, it looks gorgeous on you! 😍
ОтветитьI definitely suggest checking out Lilja the Label and HallaxHalla for ethical and sustainable swimwear! They're Finnish brands but ship worldwide. And People Tree for sustainable clothing. 🤗
ОтветитьThe green screen/edits killed me 😂
Ответитьlove this video concept but would looove to see sustainability and fair production considered. I love shopping and a try on haul, but how do we balance this with spending our money responsibly? sustainable brands are often not very affordable so maybe it comes down to owning less new pieces and do more 2nd hand shopping? would love your thoughts on this
ОтветитьWould never have been able to place the outfits in location without those quality green screen moments 😂 👌
ОтветитьI was sooo looking forward to this video! 😁😁 The green screen pics were great and my fav clothes are: 1) the H&M beige playsuit(might give it a go too) 2) the red jumpsuit 3) the brown trousers and 4) the beige shorts.. all of these really suit you
ОтветитьI loveeee your videos 😍
ОтветитьI have been binge watching your videos for weeks now, I am planning on going travelling after university in a couple years time. And I’ve been watching your videos to help me start planning some of my dream locations (I’m very bored in lockdown and thought why not start planning 😂). So thank you so much for being awesome, I love your videos and I honestly don’t know how you don’t have millions of followers yet!! 💙
ОтветитьEnjoying your content! Keep up the great work. If you have a moment you could go visit my page and drop me a sub if you like 🧡💖
ОтветитьThose blue fake denim were probably not great anyway, I hate dealing with the fake fold ups, you end up having weird folds in them and they don't stay looking good anyway. You look gorgeous and I appreciate the insight on why things will or won't work for backpacking.
ОтветитьWould you consider doing a video trying on sustainable travel wear/slow fashion? I love your travel blogs but am anti-fast-fashion.
Edit: ah! Should've waited until the end of the video 😁
I think the expensive jump suit looks great on you, maybe it’s worth having 1 or 2 great quality and fitting pieces rather than 5 meh outfits, if you don’t love it when you try on you won’t reach for it x
ОтветитьYes, the green screen moments made the video for me! I was wondering if you made a video talking about clothing? I was really interested to hear your opinion on neutral colors. Is that to not stand out or because those colors can match a ton of different things?
ОтветитьLove the black and khaki coloured trousers.... were they from H&M also or ASOS ?
ОтветитьThe red playsuit looks so good on you 😍
ОтветитьThis is super random, but where are your pants from?! Been searching for some simple high waisted ones like that but can’t find any on asos!
Ответитьnew favorite channel ! the travel bug has Definetly bitten me as well , cannot wait to save for a couple of years and travel the world !! Do you ever deal with post trip blues
Ответитьthe green screens are literally me rn in iso hahahaha
ОтветитьGreat idea and enjoy the tips. Curious, I haven't worn a jumpsuit since I was a kid as I feel they would be a pain to go to the bathroom in. Is that not the case, because they are legit cute. (Also, loving the green screen!)
Ответитьit has pockets
ОтветитьJumpsuits look nice, but seem very impractical for using a bathroom.
ОтветитьGreat selection of clothes and they look really great. Definitely great for backpacking.
ОтветитьAll of your videos are so helpful!! Love this haul/review of clothing
ОтветитьI would LOVE a video like this where you also explain what criteria you look for when buying backpacking clothes, like a 'backpacking clothing guide' you use in your head when shopping (like a list in terms of colours, materials, look, fit, brands...) + more sustainable clothing! I do absolutely loooooooove watching every single video of you!
ОтветитьLoved this video! I love jumpsuits/playsuits for travelling, pretty much all that i pack other than active wear.
ОтветитьI really liked the fancier trousers you had. Even though backpacking is very low-key and casual sometimes I felt very underprepared in dressing to go out and felt embarrassed cause I didn't bring nicer clothes especially when u go out in cities like in We Asia like Saigon or Bangkok and people are dressed very nicely. I think mine was also as a plus size girl I can't run out and buy something quick if I need it 😅
ОтветитьWow, brand new concept👏🏻 Never seen a video like that before. Thank you, It was very helpful. Green screen moments were so funny btw😂
ОтветитьI agree with lots of other comments that the red play suit is definitely you. The second pair of shorts seemed incredibly snug like someone had shrunk them in the wash.
ОтветитьCan you make a video of your fav backpacking shoes?
ОтветитьI'd love to see a charity shop version of this video! sustainability is key x
ОтветитьI'm not sure if you've already done it, but I'd love to see what's in your daypack. I'm debating whether or not to get a mini or regular-sized backpack, and I figured you'd have some good advice. I'm not bringing a laptop, only a tablet. But I may need extra space for clothes on the plane. My main bag is an Osprey Porter 46l. I don't know if it'll be too bulky to carry around a whole backpack or not. I did notice you bought a backpack during one of your trips, so I thought maybe it's doable and good to have the extra space.
ОтветитьI love how you made the comment about having elastic just in case you lose or gain weight. It was made so casually it made me feel a lot better about the times I’ve lost weight on trips and gained weight on trips. Thank you for that!
ОтветитьYou should do a sustainable clothing haul without fast fashion. Thanks!
ОтветитьThey have lovely jumpsuits in Next and i got them HEAVILY reduced so perhaps have a shop around now as they are getting rid of the summer stock ( i got them for well under 20 pounds)
ОтветитьNice, Interesting video!
ОтветитьHere we go again man of culture
