That is a beaut of a liver, you are going to have to make some videos showing how to prepare rabbit.

I just held the feet in one hand and the head in the other with your thumb between the ears and fingers inner the jaw slowly stretch it out and as you pull lift up the fingers while pressing down the thumb.

Rabbit meat doe not taste like chicken. It is bitterer than chicken, has an actual earthy flavour & scent whilst cooking!
