Why do you say "Kingdom of the Netherlands", but not "Grand Duchy of Luxembourg"? It's even weirder because "Kingdom of the Netherlands" refers to all constituent countries, including those located in the Caribbean, but not members of the EU. "The Netherlands" is the European Union Member State.
