The corporate tax raise should be 3% higher and eliminated federal income tax for those making under $100k , the corporations will make more money because people will have more money to spend , the money would flow back to them. A win win in my view.

Think of the positives. If the Federal govt lowers Federal taxes then Massachusetts can raise the State taxes.
