I see too many sales managers and salespeople measuring things just because it's easy, and for some reason they think it's going to make a difference.

I'm going to walk you through 10 metrics that can have a huge impact on your efficiency and success. Are you looking at these?

0:52 - Number of conversations with prospects or customers
1:13 - Number of calls made to prospects
1:48 - Number of prospecting emails
2:26 - Number of conversations it takes to close a sale once the lead is qualified
3:26 - Length of time it takes to turn a lead into a customer
4:27 - % of leads that ultimately become a customer
5:20 - % of offers made that never result in a sale
6:06 - % of leads that fail to ever engage
6:41 - % of new customers who generate a 2nd sale within 90 days of the first purchase
