I love your videos I may have to hit you up when I move I want to buy a house Out of all the money I’m paying for rent in the Baltimore Maryland area 1200 I Need to buy a house taxes and utility’s are pretty expensive up here because of the crazy weather plus my credit is in the excellent range so I definitely need to buy something.

ThAt was funny when said the light bill I was thinking 500 bc that’s how much my light bill is in nyc from June to August 200$ with the ac on all day that just super cheap we have to deal with the high ac bill in the summer then we have to deal with the winter bill for the heater

One thing I am an honest person so the one thing you dint mentioned was how much are the tolls going approximately cost on a monthly basis, I live in Orlando and worked in Tavares that was a cost of $236.00 a month just for tolls I say that is more than paying Stae Tax don't you agree? Builders have brought in such better design over the years! I grew up in something like those "rental homes" at the end of your video. Blah, concrete construction. To give credit, A tornado went through our back yard when I was little and ripped up trees and did no damage to any of the houses. Grace of God and decent construction :)
