Best OBS Settings for STREAMING: 1080p 60fps with NO Lag

So I have this problem, for some reason it still lags on stream and if I change the settings my stream will like Turn blurry
, its weird. i need help

the enable preview thing really got me way ahead.

my problems is the video/stream is lagging while my pc is running smooth af is there anyway to fix this?

sir in my obs nvidia h.264 whatever the name is is not showing
its showing quick synch H.264

What if we aren’t running Nvidia for the encoder?

I've got 1.98 mb/s download and 1.97 mb/s upload. I've got no chance for streaming in higher quality than 360p probably. :D

set OBS up just now with these settings, gonna try it prob on Tuesday, if there's any issues i'll get back here and let you know :)

i can't set my fps into 60, it is disabled, i can only tap 30fps below how can i use 60fps?

I cant go above a 4000 bitrate without lagging in game

i have it at 6k bitrate and its still 720p60fps
