Ladies and Gentlemen, In case you haven’t noticed, EVERYTHING has gone up in price, including the cost of home renovation. I’m sure you noticed a lot of the plumbing, electrical, wiring, etc that went into the overall design of the master bathroom, dual closet space , guest bedroom, and office space. Add bedding, refinishing the floors, access, permits, and paying the construction crew and VOILA! 75k COME AND GONE! The proposal at the end, definitely caught me by surprise. I was sure that they were already married.!

I thought they were already married. I'm not "playing house" moving into a house and not be married. The way Sarah talked I thought they were already married. I think it was corny for him to propose on the show. LOL I want a real romantic candlelight dinner but hey he is a guy! I'm happy for them all the same. At least he's serious about her and will no longer be using her.

So this couple bought a house together, they're looking to get a new house that is pushing half a million dollars, or fix up this one, and then (spoiled alert) we find out they're not even married...it just feels really backwards to me, like getting married is an afterthought. 😢 I have to wonder what they do for a living that they can afford that price range?! So many First World problems...
